This hotel impressed me in so many ways! the staff here is absolutely amazing. They are kind, fun, and always go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I had some fantastic conversations with Estera, the receptionist, who made me feel right at home. Secondly, the attention to detail here is commendable. The bartender creates an absolutely delicious Earl Gray with milk and a hint of vanilla, which is a unique and delightful touch. Lastly, the hotel truly caters to families with children. The baby-friendly amenities, such as the safe and new playground and the attentive staff like Mihaela who entertained my child while I enjoyed some swimming, made my stay even more enjoyable.

All in all, everything was just fine here.

Our recent stay at a hotel in Moldova was wonderful. the serene location made it the perfect getaway for us. We really enjoyed eating at their clean and cozy onsite restaurant which served a variety of delicious dishes. Our room was spacious and the furniture was nice. the bathroom was spotless and the staff were friendly. the breakfast was good. We also loved the great view of the mountain and the park from our cute balcony.

The check-in process was a bit delayed and the receptionist was not flexible with the advertised check-in time.
